3samy provides guided First CV creation from user-provided information, AI-assisted CV analysis, job-match reports, role recommendations, Tailored CV creation and an Evidence Builder that uses confirmed real experience to review gaps, strengthen supported wording and recalculate the match score. Features and free allowances may change, but paid orders already confirmed will be honored according to the package purchased.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. The Talent Pool is available only to users who confirm that they are at least 18 years old and that the submitted information belongs to them.
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You give 3samy permission to process it only as needed to provide, secure and support the requested service. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before use and for ensuring every statement in an application is truthful. You must not use 3samy to create false qualifications, experience or achievements.
Scores, recommendations and generated documents may contain errors or miss context. They are career guidance, not an official ATS result, legal advice or a guarantee of eligibility, interview or employment. Employers make their own independent decisions.
Each verified account receives one free First CV generation, three free Welcome Analyses and its first Tailored CV free, once only for each entitlement. Welcome access does not renew monthly, cannot be transferred and has no cash value.
Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds (EGP). During the beta, you request a pack through WhatsApp and receive Vodafone Cash transfer instructions after the order is confirmed. Do not transfer money before confirmation. Credits are activated manually after the transfer is verified, during support hours and within 24 hours.
Paid credits do not have a fixed expiry date and remain available while your account is active and 3samy continues to operate the service. They cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or resold, except where a refund is due under the Refund & Cancellation Policy or applicable law.
We work to keep 3samy available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may maintain, update or suspend parts of the service for security, reliability or legal reasons. If a failure consumes a paid credit without delivery, the credit will be restored or handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The 3samy name, interface, software, reports format and original site content belong to 3samy or its licensors. You may use reports and Tailored CVs generated from your own information for your personal job search, but may not copy, sell or reproduce the service itself.
The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Purchases are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may restrict or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse, security threats or material violations of these terms. You may request account deletion by contacting support.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3samy is not responsible for employer decisions, missed opportunities or indirect losses arising from reliance on AI-assisted output. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. For questions, email 3samyhub@gmail.com.
