3samy is an online career tool for people with or without an existing CV. It helps career starters build a truthful first CV, match a CV with a specific role and improve what matters before applying.

What we do

Users without a CV can answer a guided set of questions about their education, projects, training and confirmed skills. 3samy turns only that information into a professional first CV.

Users with a CV can upload it and paste a job description. 3samy then produces a job-specific match report covering requirements, skills, keywords, experience evidence, achievements and ATS readability.

For eligible Premium uses, Evidence Builder reviews the highest-impact gaps, asks targeted questions and uses only the real experience the user confirms to strengthen the Tailored CV and Professional Summary. It then shows the honest matching-score change before and after the supported improvements.

3samy was created by Karim Essam, an HR professional, to combine practical recruitment thinking with accessible AI tools. The aim is to give candidates useful evidence and actions, not just a score.
