Full refund before any use

You may request cancellation and a full refund within 14 calendar days of payment only if every paid credit and entitlement in that purchase remains completely unused. This includes Analysis credits, Tailored CV credits, Evidence Builder and any other paid feature included in the pack.

Completed digital services

A CV analysis is considered delivered when its report is generated. A Tailored CV is considered delivered when its result is generated and made available for review or download. Evidence Builder is considered delivered when the confirmed answers have been processed and the improved Tailored CV and revised score are generated. Used credits and completed digital services are non-refundable, except where a verified technical failure applies.

When we will correct or refund a payment

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• The amount charged differs from the confirmed order amount.
• Payment succeeded but the purchased credits were not added and we cannot correct the issue.
• A verified technical failure consumed a paid credit without delivering the requested report or Tailored CV.

No partial refunds after use

A paid pack is purchased as one digital credit bundle. Once any paid Analysis, Tailored CV, Evidence Builder entitlement or other paid feature from the pack has been used, the entire pack becomes non-refundable, even if unused credits remain. 3samy does not provide partial refunds or calculate a cash value for the unused balance of a partly used pack.

• Free analyses or promotional credits, which have no cash value.
• A completed analysis because its score or recommendations did not meet personal expectations.
• A completed Tailored CV after it has been generated.
• Problems caused by incorrect files, incomplete job descriptions or unsupported use by the customer.

How to request a refund

Email 3samyhub@gmail.com with the subject “Refund request”. Include your registered account email, purchase date, package, order reference, Vodafone Cash transfer reference and a short explanation. Never send your wallet PIN or one-time password.

Review and payment timing

We review the request after receiving all required information. Once a refund is approved and the payment details are verified, the full eligible amount is returned within seven calendar days to the same number or payment method used for the original payment. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
