- Anonymous site-usage data such as page views, an anonymous browser identifier, referral source and landing page; the analytics table does not intentionally store your IP address.
- Purchase and transaction references needed to add credits and handle support.
- A structured professional profile only when you separately choose to join the 3samy Talent Pool.

- Use confirmed Evidence Builder answers to review gaps, improve supported wording and recalculate the match score.

- Match Talent Pool participants with relevant opportunities according to their consent choices.
CV processing and retention
Your uploaded CV, pasted job description and any Evidence Builder answers are processed to generate the service you request. 3samy does not sell your CV or use it to train a public candidate-ranking database. Uploaded CV files and Evidence Builder answers are not intentionally retained after processing. Anonymous visit records are used to measure performance and referral sources and are kept for up to 12 months. Account, usage and transaction records may be retained for service operation, fraud prevention, support, accounting and legal requirements.
Talent Pool
Joining the Talent Pool is optional and requires separate consent. We store a structured professional profile—not the original CV file—for up to 12 months, unless you delete it earlier. Your name and email are shown to verified employers only if you separately agree to share them. Phone numbers, addresses and government IDs are not displayed to employers.
Payments
During the beta, pack requests are started through WhatsApp and paid by Vodafone Cash after confirmation. 3samy records the registered account email, order reference and transfer reference needed to verify payment and add credits. We never request or store a wallet PIN or OTP.
Service providers
We may use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, AI processing, email and payments. They receive only the information needed to perform their service and are expected to protect it under their applicable agreements and policies.
Your choices and rights
- Ask for access to or correction of your account information.
- Request deletion of your account or Talent Pool profile.
- Withdraw optional Talent Pool contact-sharing consent.
- Contact us with a privacy question or complaint.
Security and contact
