Strengthen the experience your CV has not explained clearly.
Sometimes a match report finds a gap because the CV is silent, not because the candidate lacks the experience. Evidence Builder asks focused questions about high-impact requirements and uses only confirmed answers to improve the tailored CV.

The process focuses on the highest-impact gaps instead of asking generic questions.
- Review a specific missing or partial requirement
- Choose Yes, Partly or No
- Add the real scope, context and result you can defend
- Confirm the evidence before it is used
- Generate a revised tailored CV and honest after-score
Partly means partly
A partial answer supports only the limited experience described. It should not be rewritten as full ownership or expertise. If the evidence does not support a requirement, the gap remains visible.
Useful evidence is specific
Strong evidence explains what you did, where you did it, the scope involved and any supported result. Numbers help when they are real, but clear context is better than a number that cannot be verified.
Before you start
Can Evidence Builder make up an achievement?
No. It uses only answers you provide and confirm. Unsupported facts must remain excluded.
Will every answer increase the score?
No. The after-score changes only when confirmed evidence genuinely supports a measured requirement.
What if I do not have the missing experience?
Choose No. Keeping a real gap is safer and more useful than adding a claim you cannot defend.
